Destiny Rules and Regulations
DESTINY EAST OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. RULES AND REGULATIONS REVISED BY DESTINY EAST BOARD OF DIRECTORS ON MARCH 13, 2006 ADOPTED BY DESTINY EAST BOARD OF DIRECTORS ON MARCH 4, 2002 ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES ARE SUBJECT TO A FINE
1.SPEED LIMIT AND POSTED TRAFFIC SIGNS
A.The speed limit for all vehicles is 20 mph.
B.All vehicles must follow all posted traffic signs.
2.PARKING FAILURE TO FOLLOW PARKING REGULATIONS MAY RESULT IN YOUR VEHICLE BEING TOWED FROM ASSOCIATION COMMON AREA. SEE TOWING POLICY
A.No parking on the street or in the clubhouse parking lot from 12 midnight to 5 AM.
B.No parking is permitted on the grass between the sidewalk and the street at any time of day. C.No vehicle shall park across, or be allowed to remain upon the 4-foot wide sidewalk that crosses the driveway.
D.No jet skis, boats, trailers, motorhomes or commercial vehicles are to be kept on the property unless parked in a closed garage. No jet skis, boats, trailers, motor homes, commercial vehicles or automobiles may be parked on unpaved surfaces at anytime.
E.Only vehicles with proper registration and license are permitted on driveways or street.
F.Any vehicle that is trespassing and/or violates the parking regulations established by the Destiny East Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements and the Destiny East Rules and Regulations are subject to being towed without notice at the owners expense.
3.MOTORCYCLES AND GOLF CARTS
A.Motorcycles, to include mopeds, are permitted for ingress and egress only. They are not permitted for recreational use on the property.

C.No go-carts or motorized scooters are allowed in Destiny East.
4.PETS
A.All pets are required to be on a leash regardless of size or obedience training.
B.Pet waste must be immediately picked up and disposed of properly.
C.Owners of animals that are repeatedly a nuisance to neighbors may be subject to fines.
5.GARBAGE
A.Garbage pick up is Tuesday and Friday. Garbage must be placed at the curb after sundown the preceding day and the empty container removed by midnight the day of collection B.Garbage containers must be placed out of view from the street after collection.
6.POOL, SPA, FITNESS ROOM AND TENNIS COURT
A.Rules for the use of the pool, spa, and fitness room and tennis court are posted on the respective amenities and must be followed. Owners are responsible for the actions of their guests.
B.No one is allowed to use any of the above listed amenities after 10:00P.M.
C.No one is permitted to utilize amenities without proper access card or guest wristband.
7.SIGNAGE
A.Rules for the proper use of signs can be found in the Destiny East Design Code and Construction Regulation, Section 6.
B.In regards to rental signs, please refer to City if Destin Ordinance 151-23, Section 13-116.
8. SPRINKLER CONTROL BOXES
Sprinkler control boxes must not be adjusted, changed or tampered with. See the Irrigation Policy.
9. NOISE CONTROL
Loud noise or music that becomes a nuisance is not allowed. All outside speakers must be turned off by 10 p.m.
10. NOTIFICATION OF RENTAL COMPANIES.
Homeowners are required to notify their tenants and rental companies of the Destiny East Rules and Regulations. Anytime anyone is found intoxicated, using illicit drugs, drinking underage or engaging in lewd behavior, the police will be called. Violations will be handled according to the Destiny East Fine Policy, Article XVI in the Destiny East By-laws and according to Florida Statutes Section 720. All owners are responsible for their guests, invitees, and lessees. Owners and/or Residents who observe violations to the above rules and/or covenants should report these in writing (e-mail accepted) to the Association management company, club manager or any board member. All correspondence will be held strictly confidential.
